Service Delivery

Hub services are delivered digitally unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Delivery milestones, acceptance criteria, and timelines are set in the approved project scope.

For completed and accepted milestones, payments are generally non-refundable.

For prepaid work not yet started, refund eligibility is assessed based on contract terms and actual effort spent.

Design Corporation operates online-first from Poland and serves clients internationally.

If a signed contract defines different legal terms, the contract prevails.
